Jain inscription of Ajayavarman
The purport of the inscription seems to record the renovation of certain Udadbhukta maṭha (line 47) and construction and installation of the image of a Jaina deity probably, Śāntijineśvara to the eastern side of the said maṭha (lines 48-49). It also refers to the installation of the images of the deities Ambikādevī and Maṇibhadra in the devakulika at Narmadāpurī (lines 49-51). The inscription refers to itself as praśasti and certain Maddala is mentioned as its composer.
