| Details | In 1903, K. K. Lele, the Superintendent of State Education in Dhar State and head of the archaeology department, examined the miḥrāb and discovered that some of the slabs had inscriptions on their reverse sides. Two inscriptions were found and removed. These were displayed on the back wall of the building near the entrance where they still stand. |
