Details |
A stone fragment which originally formed the top of a pillar measuring around 13½ inches (34.29 cm) square. The fragment is engraved with emblems of the sun and moon. Beneath these emblems, ten lines of text are inscribed between ruled lines two inches (5.08 cm) apart.

Found between the years 1906 and 1912 in the village of Räkiṭipe in Unantänna-vasam, Diyatilaka kōrale in the Nuvara Eliya District.
