Details |
A stone pillar engraved on three sides with an inscription in the Sinhalese alphavet of the latter half of the 10th century A.D. and on the fourth side with a series of symbols. According to Wickremasinghe, the inscription is not deeply engraved and the surface of the pillar does not appear to have been properly prepared.

Details |
Discovered in 1896 by the Archaeological Commissioner, H. C. P. Bell, at Bilibǟva in Ihala Kälǟgam Tulāna (possibly Kelegama at 8.198069, 80.291749 in Google Maps), about fifteen miles to the south-west of Anurādhapura.
