A single plate inscribed on one side. The rims are not raised. The left-hand edge of the plate is broken off and lost. The destroyed strip would have been about 2.5 cm wide.

| Details | The plate was sent to Bhagwanlal Indraji in 1884 by J. M. Campbell, who got it from a J. A. Baines who in turn got it from a resident of Sirpur (शिरपुर) in Khandesh district. Mirashi says nothing about its location, so it may be lost. Mirashi re-edited it from BLI’s published rubbing, so he probably did not see the original. |
