| Details | Located at the site of an ancient monastery at Galkäṭiyāgama, four miles south-west of Polpiṭigama, in the Hiriyāla Hatpattu, Kuruṇǟgala District. The inscriptions on the rock were first recorded for scholarship as No. 101 in the List of Inscriptions forming Appendix F of H. C. P. Bell’s Archaeological Survey of Ceylon Annual Report for 1911–12, p. 118. |
