A stone slab engraved on both sides with an inscription. The letters are engraved between lines about two inches (5.08 cm) apart from one another. The slab has been broken into two fragments and repaired.

Details |
The slab is now set up near the Buddhist temple at Dädigama (Dedigama) in Kegalle District. The inscription was first recorded and edited by H. C. P. Bell in 1892.
