A copper plate engraved on both sides with an inscription. The plate is in a fragmentary condition and has been badly damaged by fire. On the left-hand side of the observe are two double rectangular frames: the upper frame contains a symbol of the sun and it may be assumed that the lower frame originally contained a corresponding symbol of the moon, although it is no longer discernible. The reverse of the plate features an engraving of a clank shell, the emblem of Viṣṇu.
