Details |
A stone slab engraved on both sides with an inscription. Both sides of the slab have been made smooth and ruled horizontally with lines 2 inches (5.08 cm) apart, between which the letters of the inscription are boldly engraved.

Details |
Discovered sometime before 1874, standing upright at a spot north of the Häṭadāgē in Poḷonnaruva. Writing in 1924, Wickremasinghe recorded that the slab was found “more than half a century ago” but gives no further details of the discovery.
