Dimensions are for the inscribed area only. One of a pair of inscribed boulders situated on the summit of a hill (for the other boulder, see OB03078a). The rough surface of this boulder is engraved with the second portion of an inscription, consisting of 25 lines covering an area measuring 9 ft 3 in. (281.94 cm) by 9 ft 7 in. (292.1 cm). The inscription is unevenly incised between ruled lines about 4 inches (10.16 cm) apart.
