Dimensions are for the inscribed area only. One of a pair of inscribed boulders situated on the summit of a hill (for the other boulder, see OB03078b). The rough surface of this boulder is engraved with the first portion of an inscription, consisting of 33 lines covering an area measuring 12 ft 3 in. (373.38 cm) by 9 ft 3 in. (281.94 cm). The inscription is unevenly incised between ruled lines about 4 inches (10.16 cm) apart.
