Details A single copper plate inscribed on both sides. The proper right side (verso) of the plate bulges outward in the middle, where a seal was likely attached. The dimensions given above probably pertain to the inscribed area, not to the whole plate.

Details Discovered in Jagadīśpur, Rājśāhi district, Bengal (now Bangladesh). The plate is said to have been found at a depth of 5 metres while digging a well. Obtained by the Varendra Research Museum in 1961.
