Details | According to Mirashi 1981a:225 the plate was purchased by the National Museum from a metal merchant of Indore and had been brought to Indore for sale by a resident of Manawar in Dhar district (about 35 kilometres E-SE of Bagh). Judging by the record number, the Museum may have obtained the plate in 1978. |
