Mentions the donation of Guḍhhāgrāma in favour of nāyaka Vaccheka or Vaccha by Pratīhāra king Naravarman, younger brother of Malayavarman. Composed by Purutyama (possibly a mistake for Puruṣottama) and engraved by the goldsmith Saḍheka. Now in Archaeological Museum, Gwalior.
