Devoted to the school of flawless laws, wise, living out of the four stages of life (varṇāśrama), Ācārya Bhagavat Praardana, out of devotion, guide built this well protected outer fence of Mahādeva (Śambhu), who is the teacher of both gods (suras) and demons (asuras) and is responsible to break the snares of the world, while at this time Jiṣṇugupta was ruling his people by his merits and protecting them.
