Please know this…I…Liṅgvala…Kūthera…to the office…Bhaṭṭāraka…theirs…in the tasks…I also….theirs…have freed…whoever of my servants getting livelihood at my feet transcends this order and does otherwise we shall take severe actions against them. This is our order (samājnāpanā) The date: Samvat 435 Āsvayuja śukla divā 1 and the witness is the Chief Minister and Grand Usherer Ravigupta. The Brahmuṅi Mahīśila is administering the area.
