| Description | The inscription is on the pedestal, one line along the top edge, another along the bottom edge. The height given here is for the two lines combined; the top line is about 2 cm tall, the bottom is 2.5 cm tall. |
| Decoration | Between the two lines of text at the top and bottom of the pedestal, there is a carved wheel in the centre, "with a man seated in meditation on each side, and a lion at each corner" (ASIR 10: 6). |
