| Description | The inscription occupies five faces of the octagonal base, with the lines running contiguously across the faces. An indentation of the base below line 4 has destroyed some of the top mātrās in line 5, and the bottom has been broken off, leaving line 12 incomplete and any number of further lines lost. |
