Mentions king Vīrabrahma (i.e. Vīravarman of the Candella dynasty) and records that rāṇaka Abhayadeva of Yādava family granted the village of Sakela to Sulhaṇabhaṅḍāri, son of rāuta Sāḍheka. Also records the establishment of a liṅga, a tank and garden. Now the State Museum Lucknow.
