A single plate inscribed on one side. The rims are not raised. The left-hand edge of the plate is broken off and lost. The destroyed strip would have been about 2.5 cm wide.

Indore Plate (1) of Bhuluṇḍa, Year 38 and 47
According to Shastri Parikh 1978:38, the plate is 32 by 11 cm in size and there are copper strips soldered to its back along each edge to strengthen the plate. The strips at the short edges are 11×4.7 cm; those at the long edge are 22.2×0.8 cm. The plate weighs 516 grams and the characters are 8×5 millimetres in size. These data need comparison with any reported by Gai.
